I did my first 5K yesterday! Oh I did it and it was so amazing. I did pretty well too. Being I didn't even train for it. And four days before I had did a 3 mile run...barefooted. I think I did pretty good. The 14 year old boy that came in fourth overall with a time of 19 something killed it. Oh man he did. Good job to him!!! I'm doing one Dec. 5th too. With a triathlete friend Jason. It's in Winterville. And hopefully this is all gonna lead up to my first tri!!!
