So I have to pay for you?

It seems these days that it is more important to put fuel into "my" vehicular than it is to put fuel into my body. And more expensive. That beast out there takes like $70 to fill up. Every week. I don't even get to spend that much on food for myself. That thing "eats" better, and more often, than I do. what gives?

Its come down to: In order for me to get to work to feed myself, I must first fuel my car. If there is no fuel in the car, I don't get to work and I theoretically die. In short. But in return. I can't even feed myself because I have to put all my money into fuel for the truck. So mainly it seems I don't even work to keep myself alive, but to really keep the "tank" rolling. If the automobile goes. I go. What a shame.

I don't want to be a slave to the things I own. No one does. I think. I say we move forward. Ditch our cars. And start a new. A new what you ask? Well the answer is just on the tip of my tongue. Like so many people that are already doing the thing I only dream about. I will soon become part of that culture.
